• All prices quoted are subject to change without prior notice.

• All prices are in British pounds sterling  (GBP) and we are based in London, UK and all shipments are from London.

• All prices are inclusive of VAT which will is charged at the appropriate UK rate.  

• All goods are subject to availability.  

• All orders are supplied after payment.

• All goods remain the property of The Leather Shop UK and title is not transferable until full payment has been made.

• Any faulty goods should be returned within 7 days.

• Credit facilities will not be granted to any customer.

• Goods remain the property of The Leather Shop UK and title is not transferable until paid for in full by cleared funds.

• Carriage on export orders will be charged at cost plus £3 per carton packing charge.  

• All overseas parcels will incur an additional charge for insurance at a rate of £1.50 per parcel.

• Orders will only be processed upon receipt of payment.

• Orders usually dispatched within 3 days after receipt of order and cleared payment. (If items are in stock, orders can leave within 24 hours, also depending on size of the order.)

• By placing an order with us, you are deemed to have read and accepted our terms and conditions of sale as laid out here.

• Under the current data protection act all information provided to us by yourself will be held in the strictest confidence and will not be passed on to any third party organisation.
